Joanne Driscoll

Joanne Driscoll, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Short Term Liquid Markets at Franklin Templeton, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joanne Driscoll led the Short Term Liquid Markets at Putnam Investments from June 1995 to December 2023, overseeing investment strategies for short duration products and SEC Rule 2a-7 mandated portfolios. Joanne Driscoll was also a Board Member for The Scholarship Foundation of Wakefield, Inc. from November 2002 to October 2016, supporting financial assistance for residents pursuing higher education.
