Jonathan Drum

Jonathan Drum has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jonathan began their career as a Research Assistant at The Conference Board in 1996 and later joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 as the Director of Data Reporting and Metrics. In 2007, Jonathan joined Franklin Templeton as the Manager of Compensation Analytics, and over the years, they progressed to the roles of Director of Total Rewards Analytics & Equity Programs, Vice President of Executive Compensation & Total Rewards Analytics, and Vice President of Global Compensation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Compensation at Franklin Templeton. Jonathan'sexpertise lies in compensation analytics and total rewards management.
