Kai Liang Boey

Kai Liang Boey (Trini), ACCA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Franklin Templeton since December 2021, Kai oversees the preparation and review of financial statements for East Asian local entities in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards. Prior to this role, Kai worked as a Corporate Accounting Specialist at Kulicke & Soffa from April 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included consolidating financial performance and presenting to top management. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Supervisor at EY from February 2015 to January 2019, where leadership and client communication were key aspects of the role. Academically, Kai holds an ACCA degree in Accounting and Finance from Sunway University and has prior education from The University of Auckland.
