Kevin Murphy

Kevin Murphy has extensive experience in the retirement and financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Workplace Solutions & Strategic Growth at Franklin Templeton since October 2020. In this role, Kevin has pioneered strategic growth initiatives in workplace savings solutions, focusing on the democratization of advice and financial wellness for working Americans, while also developing innovative solutions to expand 401(k) options by incorporating private market assets. Prior to this, Kevin held senior leadership positions at Columbia Management and Wachovia Retirement Services, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and distribution of defined contribution plans. Kevin began his career at Prudential Retirement and Legg Mason, focusing on corporate retirement plan assets and consulting services. Kevin is an alumnus of the University of Delaware.
