Les Kratter

Les Kratter currently serves as Senior Vice President at both Franklin Resources, Inc. and Franklin Templeton Investments, roles held since February 1992. Prior to this, Kratter was Executive Vice President at IASCO from 1979 to 1992 and practiced as an Attorney at Kaplan Livingston from 1976 to 1978. Early in the career, Kratter worked as a Trial Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1974 to 1976 and as an Associate at Pacht Ross from 1972 to 1974. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Drama and English from Stanford University, alongside a high school education from Fieldston School.
