Matthew Nicholls

Matthew Nicholls is currently the EVP, Chief Financial Officer at Franklin Templeton Investments. Prior to this, they were Head of Risk Management at Morgan Stanley from May 2014 to July 2017. Matthew has also held various other positions at Morgan Stanley and other companies, including Asst. State Manager (NSW), Head of Operations, Senior Manager - Asset Servicing Operations, and Manager - Operations.

They work with Thomas C. Merchant - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Adam B. Spector - EVP, Global Advisory Services, and Alok Sethi - Executive Officer. Matthew Nicholls reports to Jennifer M. Johnson, President and CEO.
