Matthias Hoppe

Matthias Hoppe has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Matthias started their career as a Staff Writer at Finanzen Verlag in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Matthias then joined Commerzbank AG as an Equity Derivatives professional in 2004. Later in the same year, they joined Apo Asset Management GmbH as a Portfolio Manager. With Apo Asset Management GmbH, they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Franklin Templeton as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager.

Matthias Hoppe holds a Diplom-Volkswirt (M.Sc. Economics) degree from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, which they completed in 1999. Matthias also has a certification in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, obtained in 2023.
