Phuoc La, CIA, has extensive experience in internal auditing and assurance services, currently serving as the Internal Audit Lead at Franklin Templeton since April 2014, where responsibilities include planning and executing operational and regulatory compliance audits, documenting controls, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Prior to this role, Phuoc worked at PwC as an Experienced Assurance Associate from November 2011 to February 2014, focusing on audits for a diverse range of clients, including private services and government entities. Phuoc began the career as an Assurance Associate at Gilbert Associates, Inc., providing audit services to various organizations. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Beta Alpha Psi at California State University, Sacramento, and as Vice President of Social Activities. Phuoc holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Accounting from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelors of Science in Neurology, Physiology, & Behavior from the University of California, Davis.
