Ratna Chakrabarti

Ratna Chakrabarti is an experienced professional currently serving as AVP & Regional Head - Customer Service for Franklin Templeton Investments, where responsibilities include remote management of 15 branches across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, and the East, overseeing a team of 45 members and driving key initiatives to enhance customer service. Prior experience includes serving as Service Manager for ABN AMRO, focusing on VGPB customers and their service and sales needs, as well as managing Citi Gold customers at e-serve International. Ratna holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Calcutta.
