Paul Crowther

Paul Crowther is an experienced professional in organisational development, leadership, and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Consulting at FranklinCovey Australia & New Zealand since May 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Director at Kensho Consulting and Senior Manager of Talent Management for the APAC region at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included designing and driving regional talent initiatives. Paul has also worked as a Lead Facilitator and Coach at the NeuroLeadership Institute and contributed to performance enhancement in various roles at The Maura Fay Group and Reflection Training. Earlier career experience includes facilitating award-winning leadership programs at Bank Commonwealth and managing firefighting training at the London Fire Brigade. Paul holds a BA(Hons) in Social & Behavioural Studies from the University of Hull.
