Dace Rīdere

Dace Rīdere is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Client Partner at FranklinCovey Latvia since March 2021, Dace has also co-founded ATS Consult SIA, where responsibilities included business development until December 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP from August 2010 to August 2019, notably as Sales Regional Manager for North and South America. Dace holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in IT from Riga Business School (2015-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Vidzemes Augstskola (2009-2014).
