Aaron Ashby has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Aaron started their career at Nu Skin Enterprises in 1994 as a Manager in the Workforce Management department. Aaron then transitioned to Nu Skin in 1995 as a Manager in Customer Service, where they stayed until 2001. Aaron then joined American Express in 2003 as an Operations Manager before moving to HealthEquity in 2005, where they served as Director of Operations until 2007. In 2007, Aaron started working at FranklinCovey as a Product Architect in the Education division, where their responsibilities included new product development and product line management. Over the years, they took on various roles at FranklinCovey, including Director of Innovation in Education and Vice President of Innovation in the Education Division.
Aaron Ashby obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marriage, Family & Human Development from Brigham Young University in 2002, after completing a program that spanned from 1994 to 2002. Aaron went on to pursue an MBA with a focus on Operations Management and Services Management from the same university, from 2001 to 2003.
