Ahmad Izzuddin Zam Ariffin

Ahmad Izzuddin Zam Ariffin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ahmad Izzuddin started their career in 2013 as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Multiwireless, where they monitored cellular network performance and carried out drive tests. In 2016, they joined Pantai Medivest Sdn Bhd as an Energy Engineer, responsible for managing energy consumption in government hospitals. During the same year, they also worked at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad as a Service Quality Management Executive, handling complaints from financial services industry governing bodies and customers. In 2019, Ahmad joined FranklinCovey as a Client Partner / Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working at Crucial Learning in a similar role.

Ahmad Izzuddin Zam Ariffin completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Malaya from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management (International Business) at The University of Sheffield.
