Christi Phillips

Christi Phillips, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in organizational development, learning, and talent management. Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning, Development & Inclusion at FranklinCovey since 2021. Previously, they worked as an Independent Contractor/External Consultant at Phillips Organizational Development Consulting from 2003 to 2021, where they provided project management, change management, and organizational development expertise.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, Christi pursued a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. During this time, they also served as the Assistant Director of Program Development at the Center for Executive Development, where they were responsible for stakeholder analysis, program development, implementation, and evaluation.

Prior to that, they completed their Masters degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006.
