Cindy Flygare has a diverse work experience starting from 1993. Cindy worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President at Adcentives West for seven years before moving on to Consolidated Printing, Inc. where they served as an Assistant to Account Manager for a year. Later, they took up the role of Account Manager at Hammerton for ten months. From 2002 to 2008, Cindy worked at Republic Mortgage Home Loans as a Payroll Administrator, where they handled various responsibilities including benefits management, HRIS reporting, employee relations, records management, and payroll processing. Currently, they are working at FranklinCovey as a Payroll Coordinator since 2009.

Cindy Flygare obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
