Donald J. McNamara

Donald J. McNamara is the current Director at FranklinCovey. Prior to this, they were an Associate at Highlander Partners from August 2014 to August 2017. There, they were responsible for supporting the private equity team on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions, as well as analyzing potential investment opportunities, conducting company valuations, building financial models, and conducting due diligence. From June 2013 to August 2013, McNamara worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they provided operational support and valuation for a variety of real estate investments in industries including U.S. lodging and the construction and financing of a $2 billion luxury high-rise condominium development in New York City. Donald also evaluated restructuring opportunities and compared various financing and equity structures for managed assets. Prior to that, McNamara was a Special Servicing Intern at C-III Asset Management LLC from June 2012 to August 2012, and a Financial Analyst Intern at Lennox Capital Partners, LP from June 2011 to August 2011.

Donald J. McNamara received their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Donald also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to their business career, they attended St. Mark's School of Texas.
