Erin Lake

Erin Lake has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erin is currently working as a Client Engagement Coordinator at FranklinCovey, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from August 2021 to October 2022.

In 2020-2021, Erin worked as a Trauma Care Specialist at Milwaukee Public Schools, where they supported students in a counseling capacity. Before that, from 2015 to 2020, they served as a School Counselor at Milwaukee Public Schools.

Erin has also gained experience in the retail industry, having worked as an Associate at Bath & Body Works from March 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, they have worked in student counseling roles at various schools including St. Monica School, Nicolet High School, and Milwaukee School of Languages.

Before embarking on their professional career, Erin was a Student Lead at City Subs from January 2012 to May 2013.

Erin Lake began their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Psychology and Business. After completing their undergraduate studies, Erin went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in School Counseling. Erin attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee again from 2013 to 2015 to obtain their advanced degree.
