Irma Padilla

Irma Padilla serves as a Leader in Me Coach and Consultant at FranklinCovey since July 2025, while also holding the position of Communications Director for the Tulare County Hispanic Leadership Network since June 2020. Previous roles include District Office Education Specialist for Porterville Unified School District (July 2023 - July 2025), Director of Student Support Services at Earlimart School District (July 2022 - June 2023), and Curriculum and Instruction Specialist at Lindsay Unified School District (August 2021 - June 2022). Irma Padilla has also contributed as an Instructor for Intern SPED Teachers at TCOE IMPACT and as an Education Specialist in various capacities within the Lindsay and Visalia Unified School Districts between 2014 and 2021. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Brandman University, a Master's degree in Special Education from Point Loma Nazarene University, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Fresno Pacific University. Additional studies include Business Spanish at California State University, Long Beach, and a high school diploma from Bell High School.
