Janita Jesseramsing Andersen

Janita Jesseramsing Andersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational program development and leadership. Currently serving as a Foundation Partner at FranklinCovey Education since September 2007, Janita manages quality results for Leader in Me Schools and aims to enhance grant opportunities for school transformation. Previously, Janita held the position of Director of Program Development at both FranklinCovey and the Stephen Covey Group, where responsibilities included developing higher education offerings and coaching. Janita's career began as Foreign Rights Manager at FranklinCovey, overseeing international publishing rights and media engagements. Janita earned a B.A. in International Relations, Political Science, French, and Geography from Brigham Young University.
