Joshua Covey

Joshua Covey has held several roles throughout their career. Joshua began as a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte in 2004 and stayed with the company until 2007. Joshua then worked as a Global Marketing Manager at Baxter BioScience for a year. In 2009, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Sandbox Industries. Since 2010, they have been with FranklinCovey, where they have held various positions. Joshua started as the Director of Strategy for the Education Division and focused on K-12 schools and higher education institutions. In this role, they worked on the implementation of the "Leader in Me" program, providing schools with training, coaching, content, and tools for whole school reform. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of the Education Division.
