Kelley Kitterer

Kelley Kitterer has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kelley started their career in 2000 as a Booking Coordinator at International Sports Broadcasting (ISB) and later worked at HBS as a Booking Coordinator and then at ESPN as a Production Assistant for ESPN Radio. In 2004, Kelley joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Campaign Coordinator, where they coordinated fundraising campaigns and events. Kelley continued to gain experience in event management and marketing at HBS as a Booking Coordinator for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Kelley also worked at ESPN as a Producer for remote productions and at lululemon athletica as a Community Educator in marketing. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Direct Hire Consultant at SOS Employment Group. In 2008, Kelley joined AMA Insurance as a Senior Marketing Specialist, managing marketing campaigns for insurance and financial services. Finally, in 2014, they joined FranklinCovey as a Director of Events, Education, overseeing event production and generating revenue. Kelley currently holds the role of Digital Content Producer at FranklinCovey.

Kelley Kitterer completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Washington from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, as well as The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership™ Knowledge Certificate from FranklinCovey in May 2021.
