Lanzere Min has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at FranklinCovey since January 2015. Prior to this role, Lanzere worked as a Consultant of Human Resources at Lloyd Morgan Executive from May 2014 to January 2015, specializing in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Management positions. Lanzere also gained valuable experience as a Consultant on the HR Team at Atomic Recruitment China from June 2011 to April 2014, and held an internship as a PR Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong from October 2010 to April 2011.
