Michele Condon has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Sr. Client Services Analyst at First National Credit Card Center. In this role, they attended implementation meetings, provided help-desk support, delivered training, and worked with technology departments to establish client-specific transmission methods. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at First National Bank of Omaha, and from 2007 to 2008, they were a Project Manager at Vesdia Corporation. Their most recent position was as the Director of Operations, Business Outcomes Practice at Franklin Covey starting in 2008. In this role, they managed a team of 55 resources, launched and led an engagement managers team, and developed processes and tools to maintain and grow the practice revenue.
Michele Condon attended Kennesaw State University from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
