Molly Jo Alaimo

Molly Jo Alaimo is a dedicated education professional currently serving as The Leader in Me Coach and Consultant for FranklinCovey since November 2022, where the focus is on supporting educators and school leaders to enhance school communities through The Leader In Me program and The 7 Habits. Previously, Molly held the position of Principal at San Francisco Unified School District from August 2019 to November 2022, leading a school that achieved the National Blue Ribbon Award in 2020 for closing the achievement gap, while also facilitating professional development centered on culturally responsive teaching. Molly began her career in education as a teacher, first at San Francisco Unified School District and later at Berkeley Unified School District, where responsibilities included designing engaging lessons and differentiating instruction for diverse learners. Molly holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution.
