Tricia Laudicina

Tricia Laudicina is a seasoned marketing professional, currently serving as the Manager of Pipeline Programs and previously as the Marketing Manager for Government Services at FranklinCovey, where significant efforts are directed towards enhancing leadership and operational effectiveness within government agencies. Prior to FranklinCovey, Tricia held the role of Marketing Manager at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC, where comprehensive market analysis and consumer behavior research were key responsibilities. Other notable positions include Business Development Manager and Office Coordinator at Ajilon, as well as Membership Programs Manager and Event Coordinator for the Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association. Tricia's extensive experience in event management and marketing communication began with various nonprofit organizations from 2002 to 2013. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Hofstra University and completed an independent program in Dance at The Ailey School.
