Zach Shuba

Zach Shuba has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Zach currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at FranklinCovey, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chick-fil-A Restaurants from 2016 to 2022. At Chick-fil-A, they served as a Training and Development Manager from May 2018 to April 2022. Zach also worked as an Assistant Operations Manager from May 2017 to May 2018, and as an Operations Team Member from May 2016 to May 2017.

Zach Shuba obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Clemson University, which they pursued from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they completed their Master of Divinity degree in Bible/Biblical Studies, spanning from 2013 to 2017.
