Troy Covel is a seasoned professional in civil construction estimating with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Civil-Construction Estimator at FRANKLIN'S EARTHMOVING, INC. since January 2020, Troy previously held leadership roles, including Construction Estimating Department Manager at TLC Plumbing & Utility from November 2007 to January 2020. Troy's earlier experience also includes positions as a Civil-Construction Estimator at Tezak Heavy Equipment Co. Inc. and a long tenure at FRANKLIN'S EARTHMOVING, INC. as both a Civil-Construction Estimator and Project Manager from December 1996 to July 2006. An alumnus of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Troy's academic background complements a robust career in the construction industry.
