Ben Cavey

Ben Cavey is an experienced professional in health and safety, quality management, and coaching within both corporate and sporting environments. Currently serving as the OHS Contract Compliance Officer at Frankston City Council, Ben has previously held significant roles such as Operations Manager for Cricket Southern Bayside at Cricket Victoria and Director of Coaching at Elsternwick Cricket Club. With a strong background in engineering, Ben has worked as a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager at CardnoTGM and as Quality & IT Manager at Nicholls Colton Group Ltd, where management of projects and personnel for civil engineering was a key responsibility. An accomplished cricket coach, Ben led Mentone Grammar's First XI to a premiership in 2016/17 and has been involved in various capacities at Sileby Town Cricket Club.
