Alessandra Anacleto Wust has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Alessandra began their career as an Analista de Qualidade e Processos at Softplan Planejamento de Sistemas LTDA, where they were responsible for the program of process improvements of the Justice Unit, which included the definition, implementation, and improvement of processes, the implementation of tools for system specification, the definition of a set of quality control indicators, the management of process improvement committees, the organization and realization of trainings and events, and the structuring of the organization's corporate university. Alessandra was also a Líder de Equipe, coordinating activities of the web development team, managing area demands, planning and monitoring development using agile management practices. Alessandra was also an Analista de Negócios responsible for the Justice Unit's web systems.

In 2016, they began working as a Professora Convidada at Estácio. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Professora at UNISUL, teaching the PMP - Project Management Institute (PMBOK) course in the Post-Graduate Programs in Engineering and System Design, and Post-Graduate Program in Database. Alessandra also taught in the Post-Graduate Programs in IT Project Management and IT Governance at Unisul Virtual.

In 2018, they began working as a Consultor, providing consulting services in management and processes at Somma Investimentos, involving analysis, design, and participation in the implementation of commercial process improvements. Alessandra also managed IT projects at Bravi Software, managing the development and maintenance of applications developed by Bravi for clients on a third-party basis (areas: education and finance). Alessandra also defined the company's financial indicators for projects.

Alessandra Anacleto Wust obtained a Mestre degree in Ciência da Computação from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2002 and 2004. In 2008, they received a PMP - Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
