Augusto Canassa

Augusto Canassa has held a variety of roles in the banking industry since 2002. Augusto began their career at HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. - Banco Multiplo as a Gerente Titular de Agência, followed by roles as Coordenador do Segmento PF - São Paulo, Coordenador de CRM e Retenção - São Paulo, and Gerente Planejamento Estratégico e Negócios. In 2013, they moved to HSBC, where they held the role of Superintendente Regional Agências Varejo - Regional Leste SP, followed by Superintendente Regional Agências RBWM - Regional Ribeirão Preto SP. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Santander Brasil, where they held the roles of Gerente Geral Select, Gerente Negócios Digitais - Rede Direct, and Gerente Comercial Pessoa Física. Augusto is currently the COO | Diretor de Operações at Franq Open Banking.

Augusto Canassa has a diverse educational background, beginning with a degree in Technology in Information from FATI - Faculdades Integradas Tibiriçã | Univ. Braz Cubas in 1997-1999. Augusto then went on to pursue an MBA in Controladoria e Finanças from Fundace - USP Ribeirão Preto in 2001-2003. Following this, they obtained an MBA in Gestão em Vendas from USP Fundace Ribeirão Preto SP in 2011-2012. In 2005-2006, they completed a degree in Educação Executiva - Gestão de Equipes e Pessoas from Ibmec. Most recently, they are currently enrolled in a XBA - Xponetial Business Administration degree from StartSe University, focusing on Disruptive Leadership Skills. Augusto Canassa also holds several certifications, including XBA - Xponential Business Administration - Turma 4 from StartSe, Analista 360° - Metodologia Feedback e Avaliação 360° and Analista Comportamental from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, and CPA 20 from ANBIMA.
