Franson Civil Engineers is a TEAM of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of engineering expertise in the industry while providing the best service to our clients. The firm’s entire focus is on water resources engineering. As such, we have developed specialized capabilities rivaled by only the largest firms, while affording us the opportunity to provide a quality of service rarely found in this industry. One of our strengths is our ability to work collaboratively with all those involved in a project. This includes not only the client but permitting agencies, funding partners, and other affected parties. Our engineers and senior staff have spent their entire careers working with water resource development including water-related structures, stormwater control, utility design, and have extensive experience in planning, design, preparing environmental documents, working with funding, construction management, and operation and management of water-related projects. This combination of experience gives us the ability to “think outside of the box” to provide creative and effective solutions to our clients. We recognize that water is the lifeblood of the West.
