Sylvie Derksen

Sylvie Derksen is an experienced optician with a diverse background in eye care and retail management. Currently serving as an optician at Frantz EyeCare since March 2022, Sylvie previously held various roles, including board licensed optician at True Eye Expert, Luxottica, and Frantz EyeCare, as well as an ophthalmic technician at Montgomery Eye Center. Sylvie's career began in sales and purchasing management at Roth International in New York City. Sylvie holds an AAS in Opticianry from Hillsborough Community College and an associate degree in Fashion Design from FIDM. Additionally, Sylvie has a ten-year background in education as a teacher at 1st Presbyterian Church.
