Kristyn Hanbidge is an experienced training specialist currently with Franworks Group of Companies since November 2020, where responsibilities include developing training manuals and facilitating training sessions for new restaurant openings. Previous roles at Franworks involved compliance administration and corporate training, managing licenses, and ensuring health and safety guidelines are met. Prior to Franworks, Kristyn served as an underwriting associate at ABEX Affiliated Brokers Exchange Inc., contributing to a 24% increase in new business, and gained public relations experience with Mennonite Central Committee and Durrell Communications. Kristyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
