Jill Bell

Jill Bell, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and accounting within the construction and landscaping sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Franz Witte Landscape Contracting since May 2011, Jill oversees payroll processing, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and compliance with hiring regulations across two locations in Idaho. Prior to this role, Jill worked at TMC Masonry as Payroll/Accounts Payable, managing accounts payable, payroll, and financial tracking, and served as Executive Administrator at Walker Landscape, Inc., handling all accounting, payroll, and human resource functions. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana State University, obtained in 1988.
