Wildlife Hazard Manager at Fraport Greece

Dionysios Ntampakis is an experienced professional in wildlife hazard management and conservation, currently serving as the Wildlife Hazard Manager at Fraport Greece since January 2017, where responsibilities include designing and implementing Wildlife Hazard Management Programmes for regional airports. Prior to this role, Dionysios founded and operated RUN GREEN BERLIN, focusing on guided running trails and urban wildlife conservation. Experience also includes a position as a Wildlife Specialist at Athens International Airport, involving mediation between safety management and environmental protection, as well as earlier roles as an Environmental Manager for the Organising Committee for the Olympic Games Athens 2004 and Research Manager for the Sri Lanka Wildlife Conservation Society. Academically, Dionysios holds a Master's degree in Aviation Management from Technische Hochschule Wildau, an MSc in Wildlife Management from the University of Reading, and a BSc in Forestry and Natural Environment from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, complemented by an Erasmus programme at Mid Sweden University.
