Kostas Papakonstantinou

Kostas Papakonstantinou is an experienced professional in operations strategy and business development, currently serving as the Head of Strategy Operations at Fraport Greece since August 2016. In this role, Kostas directs operations planning and procurement coordination, manages stakeholder engagement, and represents the company in dealings with the Greek State. Prior to this, Kostas held various positions, including Senior Liaison Manager at Fraport Greece and Senior Business Development Manager at Copelouzos Group, focusing on marketing and partnerships in both domestic and international markets. With a background in engineering and logistics from the Hellenic Air Force, Kostas has also gained expertise in telecommunications and electronic systems through roles at ELSON SA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Telematics from the University of Surrey and degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Hellenic Air Force Academy, along with additional training in management and electronic warfare.
