Carmen Woerner has extensive experience in sales and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Sales & Customer Relations at Fraport AG since June 2000, after previously holding the role of Manager Customer Services. Prior to Fraport AG, Carmen worked at FAG from June 1999 to May 2000 as a Flightdispatcher. Beginning in April 1989, Carmen spent a decade at Northwest Airlines, where roles included Service Manager, Ticket Agent, Operations/Ramp Agent, and Check-In Agent. Carmen completed education at Matthias-Grünewald-Gymnasium in Würzburg.
