Jon Alwes

Jon Alwes is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Frasca International, Inc. where Jon creates simulation software for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters using C++ and C#. Prior to their current role, Jon worked at the U.S. Geological Survey as an IT/Programmer/Web Developer, assisting in real-time streamflow simulation system operations. Jon has also worked as a Mail Carrier at the United States Postal Service and owned/managed Jonny Nevers' Pizza. Jon holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same university, and an AAS in Web Development from Parkland College.
