Irene Cheung

Irene Cheung is a highly experienced clinical operations manager with a focus on neurosciences and orthopaedics trauma at Fraser Health Authority since 2012. Cheung has held multiple leadership roles, including Clinical Operations Director and Clinical Manager Lead, driving significant healthcare initiatives such as the redesign of Home Health and the establishment of primary care networks. With a strong background in project leadership, Cheung has managed a $5.1 million budget and facilitated advanced mentorship workshops.
