Karen Donaldson

Karen Donaldson is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Fraser Health Authority since March 2022, Karen previously held the position of Manager Clinical Services at BC Cancer from July 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles at Fraser Health Authority from January 2013 to July 2021 included Clinical Manager for Surgical Services, Project Leader in Infection Prevention and Control, and Manager of Medical Device Reprocessing. Karen's career began at Sygehus Vendsyssel, where expertise in nursing care within the operating room was developed from February 1997 to October 2010. Karen holds a Master's degree in Health Studies with a focus on Health Leadership from Athabasca University and has completed various certifications and diplomas in nursing and clinical education.
