Rich Dillon

Rich Dillon currently serves as the Executive Director for Surrey Memorial Hospital at Fraser Health Authority since August 2020, with a tenure commencing on October 28, 2024. Previously, Rich held multiple leadership roles within Vancouver Coastal Health from January 2011 to August 2020, including Executive Director for Ridge Meadows Hospital and Director for several critical projects, focusing on patient flow and care transitions. Rich's extensive background in emergency services management and clinical education is complemented by an MBA in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University and dual certifications in emergency and critical care nursing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
