Ross Howell

Ross Howell is a skilled healthcare professional with significant experience in clinical operations, project management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects for the Primary Care Patient and Provider Experience at Fraser Health Authority since January 2019, Ross has previously held various roles within the organization, including Clinical Operations Manager and Interim Manager for Primary Care Networks. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager for North Sound Accountable Community of Health, and a Program Manager for Qualis Health, where Ross managed a large-scale primary care initiative. Ross's early career involved research and teaching assistant roles at the University of Washington, as well as a practicum at King County, WA. With a Master of Public Health degree specializing in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of British Columbia, Ross is committed to advancing healthcare delivery and improving patient experiences.
