Don MacInnes

Don MacInnes is a highly experienced principal consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since January 2017, specializing in the development of nuclear safety cases for Rolls Royce submarines and conducting probabilistic risk analyses for nuclear systems and weapon systems. MacInnes also serves as an assurance consultant and lead project assurance manager at Nuclear Technologies, where responsibilities include safety justification for key projects, notably the EPURE Project and the Pegasus Facility, one of the UK's largest nuclear new builds. Prior roles include independent consultancy on risk and integrity at Pointscape and safety consulting at various organizations, including Babcock International and Risktec Solutions. MacInnes' career also includes leadership as COO at ESR Technology and Assurance Director at Serco Assurance, overseeing significant consulting operations within the oil and gas and nuclear industries. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons 1) and a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of St Andrews.
