Ian Devlin has over 11 years of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Ian started their career at Gold Group, where they specialized in the Safety, Nuclear, Rail, and Engineering sectors. During their time at Gold Group, they became a Senior Recruitment Consultant and was awarded Consultant of the Year. Ian then moved on to Synchronicity Group, where they served as Divisional Director for the Energy sector, focusing on executive search and contingency basis recruitment for Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy professionals. Ian later joined Touchpoint Resource Ltd as a Senior Consultant, specializing in sourcing and attracting talent for clients in the eCommerce, Online, Digital Marketing, Media & Entertainment, Web & Content Management industries. Currently, Ian is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where they are responsible for defining the Talent Acquisition vision and strategy, delivering innovative recruitment solutions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Ian Devlin completed their education with CIPD Qualifications in 2020, earning a CIPD Level 7 - Advanced Award in Resourcing and Talent Management. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Bennett from 1996 to 2000.
