Michael Hollands

Michael Hollands is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management, currently serving as Delivery Portfolio Manager and Group Leader in P3M Consultancy at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since April 2023. In this leadership role, Michael focuses on uniting an internal team of specialists to deliver comprehensive P3M solutions and enhance business capabilities while managing client relationships. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Managing Consultant at Frazer-Nash, contributing to innovative systems and technology solutions. Michael's experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Arcadis, where leadership of design and build activities for a portfolio of Ministry of Defence projects valued over £280M was a key achievement. Additionally, Michael served as Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, primarily in the Defence sector, and began a career in the British Army as a Logistic Specialist with the Royal Engineers.
