Mark Laughlin

Mark Laughlin is the Owner and CEO of NAR Solutions, Inc., a position held since 1996, where they have overseen the purchase of over $1 billion in tax liens and developed a proprietary management platform. They have also served as a Partner at Fraser Stryker PC LLO since 1992, focusing on litigation across various sectors including class action and complex commercial cases. Mark has been appointed Special Attorney General to represent the State of Nebraska in significant education funding litigation and has argued before the Eighth Circuit and state Supreme Court. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from The University of Texas at Austin.
