Andy Brown

Andy Brown is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Group HR Director at Frasers Group since September 2020, Andy previously held the position of HR Director at Evans Cycles from April 2017 to September 2020. Prior roles include People Director for Retail at Countrywide Plc, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team focused on estate agency and lettings, as well as connecting HR delivery to business needs across London's Premier Division. Other significant positions include Head of Human Resources at Hamptons International and Speciality Retail Group, alongside earlier roles at Ceridian and Basebuy Ltd T/A Eisenegger. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northumbria University.
