Luciana Scofield

Luciana Scofield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luciana most recently worked as a Sales Director at Frasers Property Australia starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Westgate Financial Services from May 2021 to October 2021. Luciana also served as the WA Sales Manager at CEDAR WOODS PROPERTIES LIMITED from May 2018 to May 2021. Luciana has held various roles in finance and real estate industry, including Finance Manager - Franchise owner at SmartLine Finance, Land Sales Relief Contractor at Mirvac, Land Estate Manager at Wallis Property, Building and Design Consultant at ABN Group, and Finance Manager at The Mortgage Gallery. Luciana Scofield attended Penrhos College from 1981 to 1993. Luciana later pursued a Bachelor of Business in eCommerce and HRM from Edith Cowan University, graduating in 2001. In 2013, Luciana obtained a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) from REIWA Learning. In 2009, they completed the New Homes Sales Consultants Course and the Residential Design Codes Course at HIA Training Services. Additionally, they acquired a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) from AAMC Training Group in 2007. Luciana furthered their education by earning a Diploma of Building & Construction from Keystone in 2016 and a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) from the Australian School of Business & Law in 2015. Luciana also completed a Diploma of Financial Services in Finance Broking from AAMC Training Group in 2016, as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management from the same institution in the same year.
