Kevin Siew

Kevin Siew currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Development Management at Frasers Property Limited, responsible for overseeing the entire development portfolio in Singapore and Malaysia. With a strong background in business development, Siew leads various functions including sales, marketing, and project execution. Prior to this, Siew held multiple leadership positions at Shangri-La Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the launch of Shangri-La Circle and managing the JEN by Shangri-La hotel chain. Previous experience also includes acting as Vice President of Investment & Asset Management at CapitaLand, where Siew played a key role in the redevelopment of Funan DigitaLife Mall, and serving as Commanding Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, providing strategic military support in operations in Afghanistan. Siew holds a combined Masters and Bachelors in Engineering and Management Science from Stanford University.
