Tan Hwee Cheng

Tan Hwee Cheng has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President and Cluster Head, as well as General Manager at Frasers Property Limited since February 2006. In this role, Tan oversees operations related to Lease Management, Marketing, Advertising and Promotions, Customer Service, Property Maintenance, and Safety & Security, while also being responsible for the Centre's P&L and enhancing Return on Investment. Additionally, Tan formulates marketing and tenant mix strategies and plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of asset enhancements. Prior to this position, Tan worked at Frasers Centrepoint Limited from February 1997 to May 2006 in various roles, including Centre Manager and Centre Executive. Tan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (2001-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution (1992-1995).
